The XP3358 is a digital, high performance, single-stage, high PF (PF>0.9) constant voltage (CV) control IC for Flyback or buck-boost power topologies. X-Signal's patented digital control algorithms enable the XP3358 to deliver industry-leading dynamic performance and leading PF/THD metrics over the full voltage range; the XP3358 is primarily used as a PFC preamp for solid-state lighting (SSL) drivers, as a twice-tested constant-current DC/DC power supply, or to directly drive LED strip loads. The XP3358 can also be used as a preamplifier for DC motors (BLDC) with PF requirements.
